This is your EVERYTHING PIE class. We’ll be discussing ALL BUTTER crust, locally grown and fresh milled flours. We will be making sweet AND savory hand pies including Jamaican Beef Patties. Everyone in this class will take home a 7 inch pie (sweet or savory) in a handcrafted 7 inch ceramic pie dish from East Wheeling Clayworks.

This class is Thursday March 19th 6pm-8pm at 1306 Market Street. The class includes drinks (non-alcoholic or alcohol) and light snacks.
